We are delighted that you have chosen The Springdale Academy to be a part of your child’s early education and development. We at The Springdale Academy are dedicated to your child’s safety and well-being. The method and approach used by Springdale Academy expose your kid to early education in a very unique way.

After the Center Director has confirmed your position, you must complete all of the forms in the application package. Please deliver the completed form to our school on or before your intended start date.
