Our Staff
All of our teachers exceed NJ state licensing standards and requirements:
- NJ licensing requires 10 hours per year of training, our staff participates in 24. These workshops are provided to our staff paid and on-site.
- Every member of our team is CPR/First Aid certified and has received training on food allergy awareness and Epi-pen administration.
- PINJ (Professional Impact New Jersey) is a statewide program that implements mechanisms to improve early childhood and after-school practitioners’ preparation and ongoing education. PINJ-registered employees can attend workshops and conferences to further their professional development and career goals. As per program requirements, once our center has been operational for a year, we will engage in a PINJ optional rating procedure.
The Springdale Academy emphasizes a family environment, which starts with us and the instructors we recruit. We take pleasure in hiring people who are enthusiastic about early childhood education and dedicated to quality. Our employees can keep up to speed on challenges in the early education and care area by attending industry workshops, conferences, and webinars.
